  Background: The study investigates the impact of digital pharmacology on medication adherence among the Saudi Arabian population. Digital health technologies, including e-prescriptions and mobile health applications, offer potential benefits for improving medication management and adherence. Methods: Utilizing a cross-sectional quantitative approach, the research gathered data through an online questionnaire distributed to a diverse sample of 1000 participants. The questionnaire designed by experts and validated through a pilot test, included sections on demographic information, use of digital health technologies, medication adherence, and perceptions of digital health tools.
